91视频网 Shetland pass rates increase
Success rates for students studying further education courses has increased at 91视频网 Shetland, higher than the national average, with the majority of learners who undertake a programme at 91视频网 Shetland making good progress and achieving their certificated award.
The performance indicators for the further education sector were published by the Scottish Funding Council this week.
Across Scotland, the pass rate for full-time further education courses has increased slightly and now stands at 63.6 per cent. At 91视频网 Shetland, the full-time success rate stands at 69 per cent; over 5 percentage points above the national average. The part-time further education success rate at 91视频网 Shetland stands at 86.3 per cent; well above the national average which stands at 65.5 per cent.
Attainment rates rose for a variety of students; particularly across the 21–24-year-old age groups improved from 80.8% in 2021-22, to 89.1% in 2022-23, as well as the ages 41 and over age groups also improved, from 79.7% in 2021-22, to 91.5% in 2022-23.
Successful completion rates for women rose from 80.9% in 2021-22 to 82.8% in 2022-23, and for men it rose from 90.8% to 94.3%. Attainment rates for students with disabilities have also improved from 67.5% in 2021-22 to 75.9% in 2022-23.
